Hi, I am a real foodie and a lover of Italian cuisine. During my holidays in October I attended a cooking class at Mama Isa in Padova and it seemed to be a very nice school.
I was fortunate enough to be able to take a cooking lesson from Mama Isa. The class is all in English, but I was learning Italian Language, so Mama Isa spoke in Italian during her lesson.

Before my trip I searched many information on where to go in Venice (or close to Venice) for a culinary school that teaches a short course in Italian cooking. At the last I chosen the cooking course with Mama Isa.
I was so impressed by her interesting menu, her teaching method and her simplicity.
After a short walk up to his nice and clean kitchen, I had a cup of Italian coffee and delicious Venetian cookies (zaletti) and some soft background music, and began to cook! What a nice dream! The whole lesson was how simple the recipes were to put together.
I joined me for the great lunch I had prepared during cooking lesson with Mama Isa. I'm already looking forward to going back with my husband and taking another class. It was an amazing and interesting experience! I highly recommend this class with Mama Isa to anyone who loves to cook, wants to learn to make Italian regional dishes.
I hope any foodies can be able to go to Padova for a cooking class!
Hi, I know there is a place in Mandria that does great cookery classes in the evening for adults and at the weekend for kids. Its called 'La Mandolina'. Check out the wedsite.
It was an amazing experience to attend Mama Isa's Cooking Class near Venice, in the hearth of Padova (Italy). Mama Isa is foremost a sincere ookery teacher and she shared her amazing knowledge with me. Mama Isa cooking classes are one of best cooking classes in Veneto, Italy. The classes are designed for beginners and experts as well. I choose the course according to my requirements (I am beginner, I wanted to learn fresh pasta: taglatelle and potatoes dumpling gnochi). The class is limited to 3 per batch and the ambience is good and I felt confortable. The timings are flexible and I had weekend batches (two cooking classes: two full days).

Anyone been to any one day cooking classes in/near Padova or Venice that they would recommend? I would love to learn how to make pasta and some traditional Italian food.
Grazie!
