Where is a good place to go skiing, not too far from Padova?

we will try out Obereggen Val di fiemme the first weekend of december.

we have been in San Martino di Castrozza, at the end of the past season, it is a nice little village with good slopes for any level and it is not far from Padova.

We went to Canazei for white week last year which is near Cortina and approx. 2 1/2 hours drive from Padova. There are pistes for all levels, some of which link up so you can ski for miles.

It is very child friendly and located in the Val di Fassa, a valley with several villages. We hope to go again next February.
